The patient had a composite reconstruction fracture, filled with cavities and pain around the first molar tooth.
Treatment and results
Once the control radiograph had been performed, we saw that the pain was due to a wrong devitalization. We then went on with an endodontic reprocessing of the tooth so as to the elimination of caries as well as the old composite filling. In the end, we took a dental impression to create a perfect integral ceramic inlay.
