Improving smile aesthetics

The patient, a young model working with her image, wanted to improve her smile.

Treatments and Results
After a no-obligation visit, thanks to the application of dental veneers, individually handcrafted one by one, applied in only two sessions, without anesthesia and without touching the tooth, the patient smiled again.

Replacement of old composite dental veneers

Patient's request
Giulia Calcaterra, a well-known face on Italian television turned to Dr. Pinzuti to refresh her smile and to replace old, worn-out composite veneers.

Treatments and Results
Ultra-thin all-ceramic veneers made by Dr. Pinzuti were substituted for the previous worn composite veneers, with the end result, in just two sessions and without anesthesia, of a shiny new smile.

Refresh one's smile

Patient's request
The patient, age 60, wished to refresh and rejuvenate her smile.

Treatments and results
Dental veneers were applied, in just two sessions, without anesthesia and without touching the patient's teeth. As a result of their application, the patient's smile was made brighter white.

Additive Dentistry

Patient request
The patient presents with a desire to solve his deep-bite problem. Because of this problem, the upper front teeth come in contact with the lower gums creating discomfort in chewing function and increased wear of the teeth, not having proper occlusion.
The patient does not want orthodontic therapy as a solution (the classic black bands on the teeth); but he wants to solve the cosmetic problem of stains on his teeth, which create great problems in his relational life. He had already tried whitening treatments but without success, which had made the stains even more obvious.

Treatment and results
We proposed to the patient to solve his functional and aesthetic problem by using an additive technique, that is, by lining his teeth with highly durable veneers and crowns, without touching the teeth at all. In just two appointments, the patient was back to smiling.

Whiter teeth and elimination of diastemas

Patient request
The patient does not like his smile, wants whiter teeth and to eliminate diastemas (space) between teeth.

Treatment and results
Six upper and six lower veneers were applied in apposition, that is, without touching the tooth, from canine to canine. In addition, a laser whitening session was performed to equalize the whiteness with the posterior sections.

Improve tooth shape and inclination

Patient request
The patient wants to improve her smile, change the slope of her teeth by expanding the surface area and external volume of her teeth while improving their shape.

Treatment and results
Eight all-ceramic veneers were applied, from right premolar to left premolar, using an apposition technique involving minimal tooth preparation. In only three sessions, the patient achieved the smile she had always wanted.

The patient wants to improve the aesthetics of his smile, remove his old, dark-colored, incongruous fillings.

Treatment and Results
To improve the patient's smile, old fillings were replaced with three ceramic veneers, minimally invasively, without touching the tooth and without anesthesia.

Patient request
The patient wishes to improve the aesthetics of his smile, particularly the color and shape of his side teeth and canine teeth.

Treatment and results
A laser whitening session was performed, and four ceramic veneers were applied to the two lateral teeth and two canines.

Elimination of central diastema

The patient wants to improve the aesthetics of the smile by eliminating the central diastema, or space between the teeth, and the color of the teeth.
